Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive, London – An exciting opportunity has become available to join this fast-paced, family run firm for a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

PQE: 3 + years

SALARY: c£40,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This exciting vacancy has become available for an experienced Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive with 3 + years’ PQE (or suitable non-qualified conveyancing experience, both within residential and commercial conveyancing). You will be responsible for your own busy caseload with secretarial support.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or suitable non-qualified conveyancing experience within residential and commercial conveyancing. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be well versed in IT and management systems. An ability to ensure that files are run in an orderly manner with attention to detail is essential, together with being self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
