Personal Injury Lawyer, 2+ PQE, Lincolnshire – A well-established and successful firm have a fantastic opportunity available for an ambitious Personal Injury Lawyer to join their firm.

PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Lincolnshire
SALARY: up to c£48,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team and progress their career. The appointed candidate will be responsible for their own varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters to include, but not limited to, RTA, EL, PL, OL and criminal injuries claims. The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will be expected to run their caseload under minimal supervision from initial instruction up to and including trial.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 2 years’ experience of handling a broad caseload of Personal Injury cases. Applications are still encouraged from experienced Paralegals who have previous experience in a similar setting and running their own caseload of matters. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential in order to be successful in this role along with the willingness and ability to lead by example and share knowledge amongst the wider department.
