JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: At least 4 years PQE
LOCATION: Lancashire (Commutable from Kendal, Lancaster, Morecambe, Preston, South Lakes)
THE ROLE:
This is a key position within an award winning commercial law team that is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigator to strengthen the firm’s offering in Lancashire. As well as an established client base to advise, you will also be tasked with expanding the team’s work in the area, through networking and business development initiatives.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE in Commercial Dispute Resolution and have a proven track record in contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence and financial disputes.
