SUMMARY:
Interim Legal Counsel, London/Hybrid Working, – An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced in-house lawyer to join the legal team of this innovative organisation on an interim basis.

THE ROLE:
The busy legal team of this organisation is looking to recruit an experienced In-house Lawyer to provide interim support whilst they recruit permanently. A typical day will see you providing high quality commercial legal advice to a variety of stakeholders. You will review, negotiate and draft various commercial documents, stratergise and manage outside counsel in the provision of legal services and assist in the administration of contract execution and document management. This role is offered on a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will get the opportunity to enjoy a flexible way of working.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with around 5-7 years PQE, you will be highly experienced in dealing with commercial contract matters and will have gained some exposure to intellectual property and data protection. You will be highly organised, effective at planning and managing your own workload, and will take a pragmatic approach to your work. You will quick thinking and able to manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
