JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 5 - 8 + years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £50,000 - £80,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is a varied role dealing with a variety of property litigation work where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload. This will include commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions. It may also include residential cases such as enfranchisements, lease extensions, rights to manage, possessions, rent and service charge recovery, nuisance and disrepair etc for residential landlords, tenants and freeholders. You will also assist other case handlers with their caseloads whilst assisting, supporting and developing junior members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be 5 – 8 years’ PQE with some experience of property litigation, ideally from both landlord and tenant perspectives. This would suit someone who particularly enjoys the challenge of litigation and would like to specialise in commercial and residential landlord and tenant work. You will be flexible and highly driven with strong IT and typing skills. Communication and organisational skills are essential together with being able to multi-task and prioritise in order to manage and adhere to strict deadlines. Business development experience would also be advantageous.
