Real Estate Solicitor, London – This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 45 London Law Firm in its successful and expanding real estate team. 

JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
PQE: NQ – 3 + years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £40,000 – £70,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Real Estate Solicitor will be joining a national real estate team that handles a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for your own caseload consisting of a range of commercial work including landlord and tenant sales and purchases, property management, regeneration projects/development agreements and associated construction planning and funding arrangements. You will provide support to other members of the team as well as supervising and developing more junior colleagues.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will have experience and a keen interest in real estate work with 18 months – 3 years’ PQE experience (essential). You must possess excellent teamwork skills together with the ability to multitask and prioritise your caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service at all times. Strong academics and technical knowledge are essential together with excellent communication and time management skills.
