Residential Property Solicitor, Kent – A well-established local law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (or conveyancer) with 5+ years’ PQE to join a busy team based in Kent.

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 5 + years
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be joining an already busy and successful team dealing with all aspects of residential property law, including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, lease extensions, new build transactions and shared ownership (including staircasing) matters. This role is being offered full time with the possibility of hybrid working once the probationary period has been completed. We are advised our client will also consider licensed conveyancers with appropriate experience.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Residential Property Solicitor (or conveyancer) will have a minimum of 5+ years’ PQE and have extensive knowledge and experience of this area in law, with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations. You will need to be organised and methodical with excellent technical and IT skills. Communication skills are essential in order to manage and adhere tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality client service.
