PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE

THE ROLE:
As a self-motivated, driven and intellectually flexible Commercial Property Solicitor, you will become a vital part of a highly ranking Real Estate team, conducting a dynamic and exciting caseload. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of complex matters and working with a team which covers the broad remit of real estate including residential and commercial development, strategic land sites and a variety of other commercial matters. The role requires a demonstrable flair for the entire lifecycle of commercial property matters, from support on site assembly to sale. You gain excellent exposure to a varied range of clients and ideally possess the ability to display excellent technical skills and a desire to excel within the team, you will be given high levels of responsibility from the outset handling a full range of real estate matters with the support available if required.

As an innovative and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be motivated to excel within a well-regarded Top 100 UK firm. You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging environment and a proven track record of handling a range of commercial property matters, most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business.
