COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS’ PQE, LANCASHIRE, UP TO £70,000 DOE - Legal 500, regional law firm, recognised by several legal and national awards. JOB REF: 6007
• This Legal 500 firm has established a strong reputation across the region and beyond for its high quality, solid legal advice; and continues to expand as demand for its services grows.
• This is a key position within an award winning commercial law team that is looking for an experienced Commercial Litigator to strengthen the firm’s offering in Preston
• As well as an established client base to advise, you will also be tasked with expanding the team’s work in the area, through networking and business development initiatives.
• The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Dispute Resolution and have a proven track record in contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence and insolvency matters.
• You will be an ambitious individual, looking for an opportunity to make a name for yourself in the region and a position that can result in you achieving partnership in your career.
