Our client is a reputable legal 500 law firm, looking to add a property paralegal to its busy and demanding team. In turn, the firm offers great support and the ability to develop an understanding of both commercial and residential property work.
Your role as a property paralegal within the team will involve assisting on property transactions from start to finish, dealing with client requests along with being involved in preparatory work, drafting legal documents and assisting with post completion SDLT and Land Registry filings across the wider Property department.
To be considered, you must have at least 12 months’ experience working in a similar environment. Communication skills are key, along with being conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
