This well-established, full service Surrey based law firm is recruiting into its established Commercial Litigation team. The firm is looking for a highly-motivated and talented solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE. 
 
The successful candidate will have a practice that covers a range of contentious matters including:
  • Commercial/Contractual Disputes
  • Shareholder/Partnership Disputes
  • Insolvency
  • Intellectual Property
  • Contentious Probate 
It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 years' post qualification experience within commercial litigation, demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience of business development but also have the desire to build a career at a friendly firm that offer a good work/life balance.
