A fantastic job has arisen for an Employment Solicitor / Associate to join our client's growing and nationally recognised Employment team in Exeter.

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegiate and highly regarded Employment team handling quality, high value work with high levels of responsibility from the outset.

The team acts for a wide and varied selection of clients both locally, nationally and internationally, across the private, public and charitable sectors, creating a varied and interesting workload of both contentious and non-contentious matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Employment lawyer with excellent contentious and advisory experience and be used to running complex tribunal claims. You will have a strong demonstrable record of handling your own busy caseload with minimal supervision for a leading Employment practice.

You will be dedicated and enthusiastic and have the ability to work efficiently with a commitment to client care and business development. Experience of advising clients in both the private and public sectors would be a distinct advantage.
