Agricultural Property Litigation Lawyer

Your new firm
On the back of another successful year of growth, our highly regarded national client is looking for an Agricultural / Property Litigator to join their collaborative Agricultural Property Litigation team in Bristol.

Your new role
As part of this close-knit specialist team, you will be focused on providing comprehensive Agricultural litigation advice across landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes, contractual and contentious probate disputes to the firm's established landed client base.

On top of a busy contentious caseload, you will also have the opportunity to provide your clients with the full raft of wider property support ranging from advising on commercial agreements, tenancies and surrenders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be beginning to establish a reputation for yourself as a respected Agricultural / Property Litigator with a recognised Property Litigation team and have a demonstrable track record in advising a sophisticated client base on the full raft of Property Litigation issues.

Experience in Agricultural Litigation would be a distinct advantage though it will be a passion for Property Litigation and a willingness to embed yourself in the agricultural sector that will be key.
