Corporate Tax Lawyer
A popular City firm is looking to expand its busy, international Corporate Tax team.
The client base is varied, including life sciences, technology, private wealth, real estate and finance sectors.
The Corporate Tax Lawyer’s caseload will include:
- Advising on both domestic and cross border strategic tax planning
- Providing tax advice to start-ups, venture capital investors and mature businesses (public and private)
- Structuring inward investments from the US and other jurisdictions
The successful Corporate Tax Lawyer’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Experience in the above matters
