Your new firm
With a national and international reputation our leading international client has one of the largest Property Litigation teams in the UK and currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join their dynamic team in Bristol.


Your new role
You will be managing a complex and varied caseload of property related disputes, ranging from development disputes, lending recoveries and wider property investment disputes across a range of sectors including leisure & hospitality, energy, student accommodation, while providing full support to the firm's highly regarded Commercial Property Team.

You will have the opportunity to work for household name clients providing real estate advice to clients including commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and occupiers.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recently qualified Property Litigator currently working for a leading national or City firm and be looking maintain a fantastic quality of work while enjoying the lifestyle of life in the Southwest. You will be ambitious and keen to develop your own experience of running strategic client relationships and your own caseload of complex property litigation claims. Self-motivation and an ability to shoulder responsibility within a busy team are essential to this role.
