The company are an exciting environmental consultancy based in Manchester but with an international presence. The company are specialists in providing environment scientific support to clients and have pioneered new technologies and projects.

Your new role
The role is based in Manchester but if offering a lot of flexibility and agile working. Candidates outside of Manchester are welcome and there are multi offices nationally. This is Contract Manager role; you report to the Head of Contracts and Tenders but you will be responsible for the majority of the legal contractual work and take ownership of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be a Contract Manager or Qualified Solicitor. You will be autonomous and have an excellent grasp of commercial contracts, including but not limited to sub-contractor agreements, tender contracts, confidentiality agreements and framework agreements.
