This top 100 and widely recognised UK law firm have a rare opportunity for an ambitious Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their team based in central Cardiff. This renowned firm are known for their unique approach to providing expert legal advice to their clients.

Your new role
You will be working within the firm's successful Corporate Commercial team who advise a wide range of clients. You will be advising on matters such as Partnerships, Joint Ventures, Mergers and acquisitions and many more. You will also be working closely with Senior Lawyers providing advice to clients directly and will be providing proactive corporate and commercial legal services to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client are looking for commercially astute individuals with experience in Corporate and/or Commercial practice areas. You will be ambitious and seeking a challenge and will be keen to practice your legal skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious and well-established team and would suit an individual looking for a challenge and who is keen to display their technical and practical legal skills. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work closely with senior lawyers providing advice to clients directly and holds genuine prospects of advancement.
