Your New Role: 

• As the new Senior Counsel you will play both an advisory and transactional role within the business, supporting the broader efforts to realise the company's massive growth potential
• Well-versed in commercial contracts negotiation and review, you will also lead on advertising and marketing advisory work, encompassing ASA, competitions, social media and brand ambassador components among others
• As you continually educate the business on such matters, you will be instrumental in setting up and evolving its relevant compliance frameworks to ensure its infrastructure keeps up with the pace of growth

In Order to Succeed: 

• You will be a qualified lawyer with a blend of private practice and in-house experience, with demonstrable track record of advising on complex consumer, marketing and advertising matters
• You will be well-versed in supporting stakeholders in a multi-jurisdictional environment and you will be passionate on advising businesses as a trusted advisor
• You will have at least 6 years' PQE (intended as a guide only) and you will see the career value in investing the next few years into such an exciting international project
