12 Month FTC Personal Injury CILEx Job - Bath


Your new company


Our client, a UK Top 100 law firm, is looking for a 12-month maternity cover to join their Personal injury team in Bath. The firm, which pride themselves on their accessible and supportive culture, are looking for a full-time Chartered Legal Executive however, part-time candidates (3 days a week minimum) will also be considered.


Your new role


In your new role, you will manage a caseload of personal injury files as well as support the Partner with the tasks from their caseload. You will be working with the smaller team which is part of the wider personal injury team. There will be four key aspects to your work - providing personalised client care, contributing to the sustainable growth of the team, building an effective dynamic culture and positive working relationships within the team, and ensuring financial and operational excellence.


As aforementioned, you will be supporting the partner by undertaking tasks on complex multi-track value claims, dealing directly with clients. You will also manage time recording, work towards personal and team KPIs and take responsibility for BD projects within the department.


What you'll need to succeed


Our client is looking for a candidate who is a qualified solicitor or CILEx with experience within personal injury law. Specific exposure to claimant work is desirable but not essential. You will have strong client management skills, exhibit effective organisation and be confident in manging your own files with minimal supervision.
