We are acting for a Global law firm who are looking to recruit a Private Equity Infrastructure Associate, NQ-2 PQE.
The team advises clients globally in key sectors such as Telecom and Data Transmission, Transportation & Logistics, Social Infrastructure, Real Estate and Energy, working on sophisticated infrastructure and real estate transactions. This includes complex M&A; complex capital structures with sophisticated inter-investor/creditor arrangements; senior, mezzanine, second-lien, securitisation and hybrid financings; sale-leaseback and lease-leaseback transactions; bankruptcies and out-of-court debt restructurings and CFIUS and other regulatory requirements.
