Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (NQ to 2PQE) to join their Corporate Finance team in Edinburgh.
The team act on complex Corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance & investment, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance for clients often in the technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, life sciences, retail and leisure industries.
You will need to have gained experience within a corporate team during your training contract or as post-qualification experience.
