Property Litigation - 3+ PQE - City Firm

Our client law firm is a well-established, medium-sized City practice with a deserved, strong reputation in both Real Estate and Disputes work. This new role is within their rated Property Disputes group, acting on a broad range of matters across both high-end commercial and residential litigation. Key attractions of this role, in addition to the high quality of the work, are the genuine work/life balance in comparison to larger firms and excellent long-term career prospects.

The work will involve a wide spectrum of real estate disputes including breach of covenants, renewals, and enfranchisement issues amongst others. You will be given good client contact with the established client base.

Applicants should have between c-6 years' PQE, although we will consider good candidates outside of this level. You should have current or recent experience in a highly-rated City, West End or tier one regional team and have a good academic record.
