A heavyweight US law firm client is looking to hire a junior associate for its Corporate M&A team based in London. It is a rare opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer to join a corporate powerhouse and work closely with market-leading partners on high-value cross border transactions.
The role will involve advising a varied client base on a broad range of high end corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and takeovers, both public and private, debt/equity swaps, scheme of arrangements, special situation investments, among others.
Our client is particularly interested in England & Wales qualified candidates with 1-3 years of PQE currently working at a top City practice and keen to take their career to the next level. This role requires an excellent academic background, a stable career record, and superior communication skills.
