This top international law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Associate with corporate and finance experience to join its London office.
The role will involve advising the firms wide range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mainstream M&A, venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets deals.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with 4-8 years' PQE currently working at top City firms or major international outfits. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead on transactions and work with limited supervision for this role. The ideal candidates should also have stellar academics and a stable career record.
