The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their office near Hertford.

You will join a well-respected department who have an extensive list of clients they work with closely. They have a wealth of experience in the field and are looking for someone to join their team. You will work closely with a partner who will always have an open door to you for any support you may need.

Your caseload will be dependent on your expertise while are expected to have an understanding of the following areas:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate Finance and Partnerships

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2PQE+
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated attitude with keen interest in business development
• Client focused mindset
