Real Estate Solicitor (Development)

This market leading top 200 firm is now looking to expand its highly regarded L500, Commercial Property team with an additional Real Estate Development Associate or Senior Associate in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Known for being able to draw in exceptionally high standards and lawyers with a history of working for top city firms. You will have exposure to the highest quality of residential development matters working alongside the some of the best lawyers in the South East.

• Your role will be focusing on residential development matters working with national high profile clients including house builders, developers, SMEs and private landowners
• You'll advise on regeneration schemes, urban extensions, strategic land and housing developments, etc.
• You'll be offered a clear route for progression and likely either be at Solicitor level looking to step up to Associate, or already at Associate level looking to make the step up to Senior Associate

Requirements:

• Real Estate Solicitor with development experience 1+ year PQE, ideally within a Legal 500 ranked real estate team
• Should you have a mixed caseload of real estate currently, a passion for and keen interest to specialise in residential development work
• Outstanding communication skills and client care
