The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Psychiatric Injury Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The leading psychiatric injury department deal with a variety of psychiatric illness matters, with particular knowledge in Stress at Work claims
  • To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload with a particular focus on stress at work, including workplace bullying, harassment at work, excessive workload, denial of rights, lack of training, mental health issues and unfair policies & procedures
  • As an experienced Solicitor, you will also support the more junior members of the team and get involved in business development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Psychiatric Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years fee earning experience
  • Employment law experience is beneficial
  • A team player with excellent attention to detail
