Pure Search are instructed by a law firm with a genuine global footprint, currently looking at multiple hires across their corporate team.
The Company:
Our client has a major presence across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia and, despite the pandemic, has shown continued growth with the recent opening of new offices. In the UK, our client has an extremely strong reputation working with leading international tech clients, gaming/app start-ups, international sports clubs and governing bodies, consumer goods and life sciences clients.
The Role:
Working across across a broad range of private M&A, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance and joint ventures, you will have a high degree of exposure to leading tech, sports, FS and fintech clients. You will be afforded high levels of responsibility from an early stage and have the opportunity to specialise in more media, tech and entertainment focused transactions. This will include working on mid-upper cap M&A transactions with leading sports and talent agencies, publishing and film production companies and live entertainment groups.
You will have opportunities to be involved with business development from an early stage as you build your own client following.
About You:
You will be a junior corporate associate considering a move which will provide high levels of client contact and exposure to more media, tech, sports and entertainment clients. You will have at least 12 months post-qualification experience at a leading City, international or regional law firm and be looking to join a firm that offers a good work/life balance whilst not compromising on the quality or value of transactions.
