Pure Search are working with a well-known leader in financial services seeking a commercial lawyer for their technology team:
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide legal advice in relation to strategic sourcing arrangements as well as a wide range of supplier agreements
- Leading on key strategic transformation projects whilst working with key senior stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider legal function supporting product development
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of contracts relating to the matters above.
Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers (circa 3-7 years plus PQE) with outsourcing experience having training and qualified at a reputable law firm. Highly competitive salary and range of benefits on offer.
