Pure Search are instructed by a leading Legal 500 ranked Private Client group looking to grow their international tax and trusts team with an associate (5-6PQE) or senior associate (7PQE+).

The Role:
This is a broad private client role for a mid-level solicitor, either looking for a step up to senior associate or a firm where they can come in at senior associate level and see a clear path towards partnership.
The role will encompass UK, offshore and international tax and trust planning, advising on IHT, CGT and other asset holding structures. This will include international succession and tax issues, asset protection and dealing with the complexities of digital estates.
The team has recently advised a range of international tax residents in relation to their tax efficient ownership of UK real estate, advised trustees of offshore trusts regarding resettlement of beneficiaries interests and provided tax, trust and succession advice to a range of ultra-high-net-worth families in respect of their offshore structures and property portfolio holdings.
About You:
You will have strong international tax and trusts experience, with experience of tax and estate planning for domestic and international clients. You will be looking to join a progressive and modern firm with complete transparency around progression from associate to senior associate but where there is also a clear recognition of the importance of a work/life balance and agile working.
