The Firm:

Our client is a Top 50 Global Litigation Firm with one of the largest and most established disputes practices in the market. In London, they have a track record of working on some of the most high-profile and high-value disputes in the market, ranging from representing global pharmaceutical companies through to international banks and TV networks. The dispute team are highly ranked by Legal 500 for their disputes practice.

The Role:

The role will be a very broad and varied litigation position working with a spread of corporate clients, financial institutions and media brands. The team has developed an incredibly strong reputation working across a range of markets including energy, construction, financial services, pharma, media and sports.

The team have recently worked on a breadth of high-profile matters including representing a leading pharma company in one of the largest claims in English legal history, a global television network in a copyright tribunal challenge to music licensing terms, an international bank regarding allegations of breaches of funding, and a global technology brand on a restitutionary claim which made the national press.

About You:

You will have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in a broad disputes role, ideally gained at a similarly international law firm. You will be looking to join a firm where you will strike the right balance between work and having a life away from the office, with partners who have a genuine respect and appreciation for this. The role would ideally suit someone at a larger international or City law firm looking for an improvement in hours, without having to compromise on quality of work, remuneration or access to partnership.
