Pure Search are instructed by an elite US law firm who are looking to grow their Leveraged and Acquisition Finance practice with two junior hires at NQ level, ideally either qualifying in March 2023 or having recently qualified in September 2022.

The Role:

Joining a highly-ranked Legal 500 practice, you will work with some of the most high-profile financial sponsor clients in the market. Working alongside a partner who is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, you will also advise investment grade corporates and instrastructure-focused sponsor clients on general lending activity.

The firms client base includes major multinational sports investment companies, luxury car manufacturers, alternative investment management companies and international financial services groups.

The firm are one of the best paying firms in the market, with an incredibly established and well-regarded training and development model for junior associates.

About You:

You will have either completed a seat in leveraged/acquisition finance during your training contract or have qualified into this area at a leading Magic Circle or US law firm. You may be looking towards qualification in March 2023 and be looking to join one of the most highly-respected and standout finance practices globally.
