Fantastic opportunity to join this nationally recognised Top 200 practice who are looking to expand their Oswestry Office. This firm have several offices throughout West Midland & Wales and have grown each office into one of the most well respected and regionally recognised in the area. They are already well established in West Midlands and have a core following of clients however are looking to expand that further and bring on a qualified Solicitor to their Private Client team.
This position is for a qualified solicitor with at least 5 Years PQE + and ideally STEP membership, however this is not essential. This role is to deal with a mix of wills, trusts, tax & estates work so prior experience of these will be essential. As the position is based in an affluent area and many of the clients are high net worth, so have high value £multi-million trusts & estates that they need advising on. You will be dealing with complex trusts to include tax returns, inheritance tax issues and landed estates where you will be dealing with issues on agricultural properties, leased properties, quarries and agricultural estates. Matters regularly exceed £1,000,000+ with assets such as overseas properties, large estates, agricultural properties and complex trusts.
You will be working as part of a small team in Shropshire, so will have input on how cases are handled as well as dealing with any business development. Clients will be from the local area and across the region, so there is an expectation to offer a great face-to-face service as well as being flexible enough to meet clients out the office.

Salary will be based on PQE level however will be a minimum of £40k+ and will not be limited to a certain figure.
