Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join the Birmingham office of an award winning, Top 100 UK Law Firm.
This Legal 500 rated department handles a mix of exceptional quality work and has an excellent reputation of achieving successful outcomes for their clients.
You will be required to undertake a broad range of Commercial Property work including but not limited to large scale transactions providing valuable support while gaining insight and experience on how to manage significant projects. You will also manage smaller transactions subject to supervision from senior lawyers in the team.
The Birmingham team has a diverse client base including high street banks, private investment companies and individuals, major landowners, retail chains and local authorities. You will have plenty of client contact and be encouraged to participate in business development activities.
The successful candidate will have up to 2 years of experience working in a Commercial Property team for a national or strong regional firm.
