This firm has an excellent reputation in their practice area, and has recovered a record amount of compensation for its clients via the FSCS. They are expanding their offering and are looking to recruit two professional negligence solicitors to join their busy team.
My client is a Claims Management Company with an excellent reputation in their field. Owing to new business opportunities, they are becoming an Alternative Business Structure. Alongside this change in structure, they have recently taken on new work and urgently require a solicitor to spearhead their professional negligence work.
The work you will be undertaking involves claims for mis selling investments, including advice over property investments, off plan developments and foreign exchange investments. You will have a background in professional negligence work (at least 5 years' PQE), with experience in financial services claims and supervising junior team members.
Salary is dependant on experience, and there is a competitive benefits package on offer. The role is commutable from Worthing, Chichester, Bognor Regis and Arundel.
