This prestigious Top 200 Firm are looking for an Associate (Contentious Probate) to join their Legal 500 rated Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes team based in Leamington Spa.
There is huge potential in their Private Client team, and they are looking for someone who can be an integral part of realising this potential. The team bring with them many years of experience representing a variety of high-profile clients including beneficiaries, executor and trustees. You will play a fundamental role in the growth of the team and take the lead on complex cases, whilst working as part of a team.
The position will suit a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) with strong technical expertise and ideally a member of ACTAPS and/or STEP, the client will also consider strong civil or commercial litigators who are looking to specialise in Contentious Probate. You will be a key client contact, business developer and help to maintain client relationships.
