Role Overview
In joining this firm as an employment solicitor, you will become part of an established national practice. On offer is the opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of employment work.
The work undertaken is diverse and includes:
- Conducting multi-day advocacy at the Employment Tribunals.
- Provide strategic employment law and HR advice
- Management of client relationships with key stakeholders
- Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer who can demonstrate:
- At least 4 years post qualification experience in employment law
- Employment tribunal advocacy experience
- Technically strong and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Methodical, organised approach
