The Role

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Commercial Property Lawyer to lead a Commercial Property department in Birmingham.

You will be responsible for developing the established Commercial Property department while being supported by the firm in marketing and networking. The existing client base includes major developers and housebuilders, investors, and large corporations.

The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with clear Partnership prospects and the opportunity to develop and grow a team.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
• A transferable client base or contacts is highly advantageous
• Comfortable developing business and generating work
• Previous experience in leading a team

Candidates will need to live within the Birmingham area, and be required to attend the office one day a week, whilst they can work from home, flexible working on offer.
