About the role

The firm's Immigration team is recognised as a top tier practice and provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to corporate clients across a range of sectors including food, manufacturing, insurance, advertising, retail and professional services.

Workflows will include:
- Tier 2 sponsor licence applications
- Global mobility and intra-company transfer services
- Business visitors rules
- Applications for EEA nationals and their family members
- Supporting clients before and during UKBA audits
- Tier 1 (Investor) applications and EEA cases

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 months experience in Immigration. The team are growing quickly and therefore candidates with all levels of experience will be considered. Experience of acting for Corporate clients providing advice on Tier 2 PBS work is essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
