Corporate Paralegal

I am recruiting for an fixed term role with In house organisation based in Birmingham.

The successful Corporate Paralegal will work in the Birmingham office and join a close knit legal team.
The organisation has a national reach with a presence across a network of offices across the UK and Ireland and is the world's most active investor.

Operating across a range of sectors you will have a varied role and be at the heart of advising businesses.

About the Corporate Paralegal

As an integral part of the Legal team the Corporate Paralegal will work with and support the in-house legal function working closely with the Head of Legal. Due to the nature of the business you will build internal stakeholder relationships as well as other internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

*Draft a range of corporate documents including NDA's, engagement letters and release letters.
*Maintain the post completion legal documents.
*Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external law firms.
*Produce reports, memos and updates.
*Support with the management and maintenance of precedent documents.

About the Corporate Paralegal:

*You will be a Paralegal or NQ with corporate experience gained at a reputable law firm.
*Be able demonstrate the ability to draft and amend legal documents.
*Be a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload.
*Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Excellent understanding of legal research tools.
