A large local authority in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced housing litigation solicitor (or equivalent) to join their in house legal team. You must be able to work unsupervised and be highly experienced in seeking injunctions on behalf of the local authority in relation to anti-social behaviour matters. Your work will be predominantly for one main client and your time will be spent solely seeking ASB injunctions, so please do not apply if you do not have proven experience in this field. The key client will expect you to be able to negotiate with all parties involved, so the successful candidate must be robust as and when necessary.

My client is not seeking solely someone who is experienced in housing litigation area. This is a specific role with a specific task to be completed. So if you are an anti-social behaviour expert then please do get in touch today for an informal chat or to apply!

This client is looking for a locum lawyer who can commit to full time hours. They work Monday - Friday 37 hours per week and at present are working entirely remotely. All IT equipment necessary to undertake the role can be collected from their offices, or couriered to a residential address if necessary.

For more information or to apply please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office.
