Lead Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Hertfordshire on a permanent basis.

This is a incredible opportunity to join a fanstastic team who pride themselves on providing a first class service to their clients.

The successful applicant will be undertaking the following duties;

- Undertaking the more complex property work in the team which will contribute to making improvements across the local community

- Working with the Housing development team to support on housing regeneration projects, site assesments include reports on title and site acquisitions

-Working with the Estates team on projects involving regeneratio of the town centre and neighbouring centres such as comercial leases and licenses

-Working with the Planning Development management team to facilitate more development in the borough (candidates will have the opportunity to develop their planning skills with suport of the Team Manager

- Undertaking routine commecial property related matters and supporting junior members of the team

Public sector or private practice experience will be considered.

Our client is happy to consider candidates that are looking for full time ideally or four days per week. They are happy to consider a flexible working pattern with the role being mainly remote. Client is flexible on notice period.
