Childcare lawyer
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a Local Authority in East Anglia on either a Full time or Part Time Locum basis of 3-6 months with the view for extension. The council are offering fully remote working.
The childcare lawyer will be taking on daily tasks such as;
- Handling a caseload of care proceedings
- Lawyer case working
- Judicial Reviews
- Adoption
- Emergency protection order
- PLO matters
- Pre-Proceedings
- Advocacy is an option if you would like to conduct court hearings there is an option to do so.
A Childcare lawyer with local authority experience is highly preferable, however our client is willing to consider childcare lawyers from a private practice background with transferable skills.
