Are you a skilled Property Lawyer looking for a locum position within a well-respected London local authority?

Our client is looking for a Property Lawyer with extensive experience working within local authority to join their friendly and hardworking team on a locum basis. This is a 12 month contract that is predominantly remote working, though our client ideally wants the successful candidate to attend the office based in South London once per week or minimum once every two weeks.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of commercial property law and will be able to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision. The caseload will include a variety of commercial property matters including:.

• Landlord and Tenant
• Development
• Disposals
• Overage
• Variation of access rights
• CPO
• Appropriations
• Rights of Way
• Easements
