Childcare Lawyer
Are you a locum Childcare Lawyer on the lookout for your next opportunity?
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a 3 month, on-going locum contract within a highly regarded London Borough Council. The role is remote working, with occasional office attendance for team meetings/supervision (1 - 2 days per month).
The Childcare Lawyer will:
- Hold a caseload of care cases and pre-proceedings matters
- Advise social workers
- Liaise with counsel and external parties
- Attending meetings
- Draft applications and documents
The council are a fantastic, flexible team; the successful Childcare Lawyer will feel welcomed and supported.
Prior experience in childcare law is essential while local authority experience is desirable. The Childcare Lawyer can pick up advocacy if they wish to but this is not required or expected.
