Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to join a well-respected local authority based in East Anglia.

The Childcare Solicitor role will be for an initial 3 month period, with a possibility of extension. As a Childcare Solicitor you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters. Main duties will include:

• Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children matters
• Conducting own advocacy
• Drafting documents, including statements and threshold agreements
• Creating and maintaining court bundles
